MISSION STATEMENT
Francesco’s Foundation’s mission is to promote hope and prevent teen suicide. We have a holistic vision for how to achieve this goal and provide grants to a range of organizations and individuals. We partner with organizations that work to end online and offline bullying of LGBTQ teens, increase access to mental health and other supportive services, promote awareness of best practices for firearm storage, and more. We also provide grants for supportive services and college tuition.
3 PILLARS OF FRANCESCO’S FOUNDATION
The Francesco Foundation will aim to take on three pillars of reform and education with the intersectionality of mental health tying into each pillar.
Our mission to battle ignorance, prejudice, and fear will be at the forefront of the foundation’s activities.
GUN SAFETY & LEGISLATION
Gun logic. Let’s go beyond typical pull quotes and statistics. We should have logical discussions and legislation behind gun safety.
EDUCATING PARENTS & TEACHERS ON LGBTQ+ BULLYING
Sad to think that we are living in 2022 and still having to deal with bullying. Both online and in person. We need to help not only the bullied but also the bully.
TECHNOLOGY REFORM & EDUCATION
You don’t know what you don’t know. Educating parents and teachers on the dangers of what is online and how we can educate ourselves and our young adults on how to interact with this space.
